Pay Your Bill

Invoices

Your itemized bill will be mailed to you around the third business day of each month for prescriptions dispensed during the prior month.

Private Insurance

Make sure a copy of the card is faxed to Senior Rx Care Pharmacy. (If needed, the facility will help you.) Make sure this is done immediately, as some plans require claims to be filed electronically within 7-30 days.

Insurance may not pay for all your medication and you will be responsible for payment.

If you are eligible, we suggest you sign up for the Medicare Part D Plan immediately. Prescriptions received before the effective date of the Medicare Part D Plan will be billed private pay unless there is a private insurance. The only items that will be billed private pay are those that are not covered by the Medicare Part D Plan.

When Medicaid approves your application, please call Senior Rx Care Pharmacy with the Medicaid number and the effective date. All charges will be filed to Medicaid. There may be some medications that Medicaid will not pay for, and you will be responsible for payment. Any duplicate payment will be refunded to you.

Private Pay

Payment is due by the 20th of the month.

If payment is late, finance charges may be added to your account. Should an account become 60 days past due, the collection procedure will begin. If this should happen, the account may be placed on C.O.D. or the medications may be suspended (notice will be given prior to C.O.D. or service suspension).

For your convenience, we do accept major credit cards.

Any resident that qualifies for Medicare benefits also qualifies for a Medicare Part D Plan to help with the costs of prescription medications. Our Insurance Specialist will be glad to help guide you in picking a plan that will be most beneficial to you or your loved one.
